Juan Rincon was signed by the Twins as an amateur free agent in 1996. He worked his way up through the Twins farm system and selected as Midwest League All-Star in 1999. Juan made his Major League debut with the Twins on June 7th, 2001 vs. the Cleveland Indians, where he worked a scoreless inning of relief. During his tenure with the Twins, he was another key figure in the club's bullpen during their run of American League Central Division Championships. Juan also pitched in the Cleveland, Detroit and Colorado organizations.
